Digital Content Delivery

When you purchase digital content (such as PDF frameworks) from this website, you will receive immediate access to download your purchase via email after completing payment.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can withdraw from a purchase.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable PDFs), this right of withdrawal is lost once the download begins, provided you have given your prior express consent to begin the download and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and consenting at checkout, you:

  • Request immediate delivery of the digital content
  • Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is provided

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the waiver of withdrawal rights upon delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
